MEET US
Jeff Gerrick, Founding principal + President
Jeff founded Professional Underwriters of Arizona in 1980 and has dedicated more than four decades to serving design professionals. With a career spanning over 50 years in the insurance industry, he brings extensive knowledge of professional liability, contract-related risk, and the challenges facing architecture and engineering firms.
Known for his practical approach and straightforward communication, Jeff has built his career around helping clients better understand their risks and make informed decisions. He values personal relationships, thoughtful risk management, and being a dependable resource for the firms he serves.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, and being involved in his church community.
R. PAGE Gerrick Shockey, Principal + Vice President
Page brings nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background spanning claims, underwriting, marketing, and sales. This diverse experience gives her a practical understanding of insurance and risk management from multiple perspectives.
She applies that knowledge to her client relationships, helping firm owners better understand complex insurance issues, identify potential gaps between contractual requirements and their insurance programs, and make informed decisions. Page values straightforward communication, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships with the people she serves.
Outside of work, Page enjoys spending time with her husband Josh, and their two pups, Walker and Texas (Ranger is still waiting for their official invitation to join the pack.) She loves trail running in Arizona's mountains, especially as training for hunting season. Her other interests include cooking, sewing, creative projects, reading, and learning new musical instruments.
